The Blue Quills Literacy program in now offering a GED preparation program in Cold Lake from January 11-March 23, 2016.
This is the first phase of a Cold Lake First Nations economic development project that will be working on Phase II once phase one completes on March 25, 2016.
The portion that Blue Quills Literacy Centre is involved in includes: GED preparation, foundational skills, driver’s training, and introductory computer skills.
The Dene language program is also involved in this project teaching the Dene language to program participants.
So far, there have been approximately 48 registrants.
Congratulations to the Cold Lake First Nations who organized this program and to members of UnnBQ who are assisting with its delivery!
